CrystalBlue Lite is a  new managed voice offering for companies with 5-20 employees. It features a unique new architecture for the delivery of managed voice services so you can employ high-quality, enterprise-class business telephony services with no capital expenditure costs and dramatically reduced monthly operating expenses.

The cornerstone of CrystalBlue Lite is a new, fault tolerant IP PBX appliance that resides at your location. This low-cost, remotely managed appliance is deployed by Whaleback Systems. Plug-and-Play Installation
CrystalBlue Lite includes a remotely managed IP PBX appliance, an access circuit and up to 20 Polycom HD IP phones. CAPEX is baked into the monthly recurring charge, and it is available in 24, 36 and 48-month service contracts. You just select a CrystalBlue Lite Solution Bundle, fill in the station count and add some accessories if needed. Whaleback then ships the equipment to you along with self-help resources that enable plug-and-play installation and deployment. It is available in three service bundles:

1. The Simpilicity Solution Bundle, which provides you with basic voice service at an affordable price. This includes direct inward dialing (DID), voice mail, auto attendant, multiple lines, group extensions, call forwarding, simultaneous ring, voice mail-to-email, 3-way conferencing, HD-quality speaker phones, long-distance minutes and broadband access.
2. The Productivity Solution Bundle adds additional productivity-enhancing services to the Simplicity Solution Bundle, including toll-free 800 numbers and IP faxing to-and-from the desktop.
3. The Mobility Solution Bundle includes all the features in the Simplicity Solution Bundle and the Productivity Solution Bundle, and it adds mobile access to all voice services. Whaleback Road Warrior phones can operate as remote primary or duplicate extensions, and audio and web conferencing enables scheduled or ad-hoc group meetings.

Choose a station for each user or location from the four station profiles described below. The Premium Station is for right for you if you require advanced features and services, and is ideal for business owners, managers and mobile workers. The Receptionist Station is for your users that answer incoming calls and require access to premium services to support executives and other employees of your company. The Basic Station is a general purpose phone for casual users who only require a basic, low cost service. The Conference Room Station is for conference room applications and features a high-quality, omnidirectional Polycom speaker phone.
